Historic Marker Application

Application Process
for WPS Historic Marker Program 

Please email the following information and attach a current photo of the exterior of the property and copies of any deed research or pertinent historical information you my have in your possession to info@preservewarren.org
1. Name(s) of Property Owner(s)
2. Address of historic building
3. Contact information including email/phone number
4. Make sure to include an image of the exterior!

If you would prefer mail the above information with photo to Warren Preservation Society, PO Box 624, Warren, RI 02885. 
After you information is submitted, your application for a historic house marker will be considered by the Board of Trustees.  Our monthly board meeting takes place on the first Thursday of the month. We award historic house markers once a year to coincide with one of our quarterly membership meetings.
